*Meningitis vaccine is available for $14.50 (while supplies last) for young adolescents ages 11 – 18 at CU-Boulder, students living in the residence halls, and those traveling to areas of the world with high meningitis risk who have not already been vaccinated in the last five years. The regular price for anyone not in these groups is $128.

Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Testing is also available at Wardenburg for $24 (covered by Student Gold and Campus Care)

Checking-In:
Please check in on the second floor at the Medical Clinic desk. If you are not covered by one of the Student Health Plans you will need to go to the Business Office (also on the second floor) BEFORE receiving your vaccination.
If you need to cancel your appointment:
You must be cancel by 5PM the business day before your appointment by phone at 303-492-5342.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.
