Check-in:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the second floor at the main entrance. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled.
If you need to cancel your appointment:
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303-492-5432.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.
Medical Clinic Walk-In
For all life or limb threatening emergencies call 9-1-1.
A nurse is available to evaluate immediate medical concerns (e.g., broken bones, bleeding, severe shortness of breath, head injuries, etc.) and refer patients to a provider if necessary.
For illnesses and injuries that do not need immediate medical attention, an appointment is necessary. If you are unsure what to do, please call 303-492-5432
