I am originally from a small town in east Texas and moved to Colorado in 2011 where I met my now husband. We currently live in Golden with our one-year-old son and 11-year-old “pup.” I have a huge passion for health and wellness through exercise and nutrition.

Work History:
My background in healthcare started preventatively as a personal trainer and progressed further as a Firefighter/Paramedic, ICU Nurse and currently a Nurse Practitioner.
Areas of Interest:
I love working with patients of all ages, but especially the college age population, as they are beginning to embark on their adult life where primary care education, prevention, and treatment is so important physically and mentally for optimized health longevity.
Extracurricular Activities:
If I'm not at work I can be found spending time with family, CrossFit, or enjoying the variety of outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
